If the product cannot be used normally due to product defects or technical reasons, please contact customer service within 7 days of purchase, and we will handle the return or exchange for you.

If duplicate charges occur, please provide relevant proof, and we will process a refund immediately upon verification.
Product Not Received
If you do not receive product download information after completing payment, please contact customer service, and we will handle it immediately.
Important Notes
- Refund requests must include complete order information and relevant supporting documents
- Refund amounts will be returned after deducting handling fees
- If applying for a refund due to personal reasons, a 10% handling fee will be charged
